I use a little unsweetened shredded coconut to add texture (almost like Panko breadcrumbs) and you really don’t taste the sweet/coconut flavor. Make sure your chicken tenders are laid in the air fryer in a single layer with some space in between. Dip each chicken tender one by one in the almond flour mixture. Excited to share more of it here on the blog! Instructions In a bowl, mix together the almond flour and all seasonings until well combined. In a second bowl, mix together ½ cup of Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of pepper, ½ teaspoon of paprika, ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder, and ¼ teaspoon of onion powder until evenly mixed. I usually come up with stuff on the fly since it’s so easy to use. In a small mixing bowl, whisk your 1 large egg. I love making quick “no-recipe” lunches in it, veggies, salmon, STEAK, tots/fries, so many things. You can find mine HERE or keep an eye out at Costco for a deal!
